مبدأ العمل
Operator places product into the top hopper, which feeds a vibration trough; the trough delivers a controlled stream onto a rotating glass turntable. As pieces fall off the turntable edge, a high-dust-resistant photoelectric eye + amplifier counts each piece and triggers a Y-shape positioner/chute that directs the counted dose into the container(bottle/box/bag) held in position below. Vibration intensity and turntable speed are independently adjustable. The operator presses Start/Stop manually for each container; a touch-screen and switches set the desired count.

Power off and disassemble all product-contact parts in order: filling drum and top cover, flow baffle, vibrating slot, toner cartridge, orbiter, round frame, glass turntable, acrylic cover, stainless steel filling funnel, acrylic dust collector, and Y-positioner. Rinse with water and wipe clean with a lint-free cloth; dry with compressed air or cloth, then air-dry. Do not heat acrylic parts or glass turntable. Wipe the machine body with a cloth then with alcohol. Clean fiber-optic electric-eye glass lens with a cloth. Add one drop of food-grade oil to the tie-rod linkage joints. After reassembly, wipe all product-contact surfaces with alcohol.
