Tablets are poured into the top hopper. Multi-stage vibration feeders(each independently speed-adjustable) progress bulk material along stepped tracks into a continuous single-file stream of pellets that drop into the detection channel. An infrared dynamic-scan electric eye senses each falling pellet and feeds the signal to a high-speed MCU; matrix-style sensor placement eliminates dead zones. Once the set count is reached the gate for that channel diverts pellets, allowing pre-counting for the next bottle while the current bottle is being filled. A pneumatic positioning cylinder indexes bottles in/out.
