مبدأ العمل
The infeed mechanism delivers 4 ampoules at a time into the 4-station indexing dial. Station 1: pre-N₂ purge displaces air inside the vials. Station 2: four glass metering pumps dispense 1-2ml of liquid into each vial. Station 3: post-N₂ purge provides protective nitrogen blanket. Station 4: preheat warms the ampoule neck. Final station: the single-hole drawing flame heats the neck and draws it to form a hermetically sealed ampoule.
