مبدأ العمل
Product is fed via vibrating channels into counting photoelectric sensors. Each channel uses a gate solenoid valve(MAC 44C-ABA-GDFA) and SMC cylinder(CJ2KB16-40Z) to release counted doses into waiting bottles. Bottle-watching photoelectrics(Omron E3ZG-D61) detect whether a bottle is present; counting halts if no bottle is detected. A pneumatic bottle blocker holds bottles in position during filling.
