Continuous inkjet(CIJ): ink stream is broken into droplets, charged, and deflected onto the substrate to form characters. Phase amplifier is moved forward to the printhead for accurate droplet phase detection(up to 16-bit). Real-time monitoring of ink temperature, viscosity, and pressure with automatic correction.
