Manual top-feed / top-discharge filtering centrifuge: drum is direct-driven by a 1.5 kW explosion-proof motor via Tianma bearing assembly; slurry is fed through a quick-connect pipe in the flip cover, liquid passes the filter media and drum perforations under centrifugal force at 1800 rpm, filtrate exits via 316L collection trough; spray-nozzle wash pipe rinses cake uniformly; VFD start and dynamic braking(with resistor) ensure smooth ramp-up and quick controlled stop; operator opens flip cover after stop and discharges cake manually.
