Same as SED-450GZH-A: cartons fed from magazine; quartile dual-planetary suction wheel rotates outward to grab and pre-form each carton(two-stage pre-form for full opening); leaflet folded and inserted; servo oscillating-tracking infeed places product into chain pockets; rear-mounted continuous pusher feeds leaflet+product into carton; flap closure stations seal end flaps. PLC interlocks: no product→ no leaflet pick→ no carton pick; misfeeds, low air or low vacuum stop the machine.
