Cartons fed from magazine; quartile dual-planetary suction wheel rotates outward to grab and pre-form each carton(two-stage pre-form ensures full opening even on wide cartons); leaflets folded by integrated folder and inserted; servo oscillating-tracking infeed places product into chain-flight pockets faster than fixed-position infeeds; rear-mounted continuous pusher pushes leaflet+product into the carton; flap closure stations seal end flaps. PLC interlocks: no product→ no leaflet pick→ no carton pick; misfed product or vacuum/air loss triggers stop.
