مبدأ العمل
Utilises fluidised-bed and spray technology to convert powder materials directly into granules. The process takes place under closed negative-pressure conditions, ensuring no dead corners and preventing cross-contamination. Hot air suspends the powder in the drying chamber while binder solution is sprayed onto the particles to form granules, which are simultaneously dried.

To clean: unscrew and remove the material container and diffusion chamber; lower the filter bags; close the adjustable air damper; rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry; use pressurized water to flush residual material, or use a brush or cloth; after cleaning, open the drain plug.
