Premade pouches stored in magazine(bowl vibrator + bag-feed conveyor); vacuum suction cups pick a single bag, transfer to gripper jaws which open the mouth via vacuum cups; filling station drops product through a SUS304 hopper into the open bag; front and back sealing jaws with independent temperature control heat-seal the top; optional zip-lock close station and ribbon-printer date-coding; finished bag drops to discharge conveyor.
