Granular material flows from the stainless steel hopper into the chrome-plated tin-bronze feeder; rotary turret with 37 die stations carries material under upper and lower compression rollers(double-sided compression). Pre-compression and main compression form the tablet, then ejector pushes finished tablet onto the discharge chute. Built-in dust collection captures airborne powder. PLC + touchscreen orchestrate VFD speed and timing.
