SED-420-31Y1-B — Rotary Tablet Press

Double-press rotary tablet press with 31 stations. Motor drives worm-and-worm-gear transmission via synchronous timing belt, rigidly coupled to spindle and turret. Turret rotates clockwise, carrying 31 punch-and-die sets through sifting feeder, upper/lower guide rails, and upper/lower press wheels in a continuous feed→ fill→ compress→ eject cycle. Stepless variable-speed via frequency converter(10-20 rpm). PLC-controlled with touch screen displaying turret speed. Upper press-wheel safety-unloading device auto-stops machine and triggers buzzer/light alarm on overload. Transmission worm/worm-gear sealed in oil bath below main body — cooling, wear-resistant, contamination-free. Dedicated dust-collection auxiliary keeps pressing chamber in negative pressure. Tablet-thickness and filling-depth handwheels positioned on machine front panel for easy access. Filling-volume adjustment: two handwheels(left and right press wheels); tablet-thickness adjustment: two handwheels. ZP standard punches and dies.
