Three-side-sealed empty bags are loaded into a magazine on the storage conveyor. A vacuum-suction head picks one bag at a time and opens it onto the bag-feed conveyor. The product(auto-pushed at Station 1 or hand-placed at Station 2) enters the bag through the open mouth. The bag indexes to the heat-seal jaws, where the top is closed and welded. Servo motors index the conveyors and color-mark sensors register printed bags; PLC sequences the cycle.
