Carrier film bearing ODF strips is unwound, edge-trimmed by an oscillating slitter(pneumatic arm, auto-raised on stop), then pitch-separated by a mechanical pitch module(scale for easy adjustment). A vacuum-suction transfer module(PTFE suction cups, FDA grade) peels and places strips onto the lower wrapping film. Optional single-side print-mark registration aligns the upper film. At the flat-press heat-seal station(4 kW, PID K-type thermocouple), the air-cushion mechanism raises the engraved plate on stop to prevent deformation. Servo traction advances the web(pitch 40–120 mm, max 170 mm). Die-cutting(±0.2 mm precision, ball-location) separates finished packs with ejector-pin assisted discharge. Carrier film is simultaneously rewound to avoid mixing with product. Static elimination is applied post-seal for flat, stable packs.
