Raw materials dissolved in 100 L jacketed cooker with high-speed shear(pectin and gelatin melted separately then blended) → lobe pumps transfer to 100 L storage tanks→ warm-keeping system maintains temperature→ inline static CFA + dynamic CFA system adds color/flavor/acid/active ingredients(CBD/THC/vitamins etc.) → servo depositor(CNC-machined copper sleeve + piston for precise metering; center-filled optional; single/dual/multi-color in one shot by changing manifold and nozzles) → oil spray lubricates mold cavities→ mold enters cooling tunnel(chilled air + dehumidification) → chain conveyor + brush + air knife 100% demolding at exit→ blue PU diamond conveyor belt to packing area→ optional sugar coating(drum + elevator) or oil coating.
