A screw elevator lifts powder from the bulk supply to a servo-driven screw dosing unit that meters the fill weight. The cartoning machine erects flat blanks, fills each carton and seals the flaps with a dual anti-leak hot-melt adhesive system. An Inovance motion controller coordinates all axes; servo drives provide precise positioning. HMI displays speed, quantity and fault codes; automatic alarm stops the line on error.
