Manual loading→ vibrating tablet feeder automatically sends tablets into the track→ tablet arranging unit positions tablets according to set quantity and orientation→ tablets pushed to wrapping station→ wrapping paper auto-fed from holder and cut by machine→ PLC-controlled cylinders wrap and cut paper into rolls. PLC monitors all stations and triggers warning and automatic stop on any malfunction or material shortage.
