Products are conveyed into the weighing section where a high-precision digital sensor with high-speed A/D sampling controller measures each item's weight. A variable-frequency drive motor controls conveyor speed(30–100 m/min adjustable). Non-conforming items are rejected by a push-rod ejector(with collection tray) or optional air-blow ejection. Three operating modes are available:(1) Dynamic mode — normal inline conveying;(2) Static mode — conveyor stops for items passing at ≤20 pcs/min to improve accuracy;(3) Energy-saving mode — equipment auto-stops after prolonged idle and auto-restarts when product is detected.
