Products are fed by a high-speed automatic feeding transmission line. A precision high-speed CAM mechanism conveys products through brush-wrap stations. The Panasonic servo system with PLC and multi-station sensors controls double-layer paper supply, low-tension automatic push, and no-product-no-paper logic. A colour trademark registration system positions the aluminium foil(0.01–0.012 mm) accurately around each product via the brush-wrap mechanism.
