مبدأ العمل
Electric heating elements generate heat; a draught fan circulates most hot air inside the box for high thermal efficiency. Fresh air is continuously admitted and moist air exhausted. An adjustable air distribution board ensures even drying. Heat sources can be steam, hot water, electricity, or far infrared. Temperature is automatically controlled.

Pre-production:(1) Wipe outer surface with clean damp towel — clean and dust-free;(2) Open machine and wipe interior with damp towel — remove dust and dirt;(3) Wipe oven interior with clean towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol — removes dirt and sterilizes. Post-shift:(1) Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces with clean damp towel;(2) Wipe oven interior with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect moving parts for flexibility and wear; clean air distribution fins and circulation ducts; clean and replace air filter. Long-term storage: wipe down entire machine, coat bright surfaces with rust-preventive oil, cover with cloth.
