مبدأ العمل
Empty bottles are manually loaded into the elevator hopper and transported into the unscrambler via the elevator. Inside the main machine, a rotating disk with pushing force feeds bottles into the orienting position. A flip/turn device combined with air flow rights any inverted bottles to mouth-up. Bottles that pass through the orienter upright bypass the flip device and proceed directly. Oriented bottles are conveyed via air-transfer conveyor to downstream counting/filling equipment. PLC monitors the process; variable-frequency drive adjusts speed to match line throughput.
