SED-400JB-E — Simple Tablet Coating Machine

Tablets are loaded into the 400 mm pear-shaped coating pan, which rotates clockwise(2–46 rpm, frequency-controlled) so that tablets tumble through the spray zone. A high-atomisation gun(RA-C1) creates negative pressure inside the gun nozzle; coating liquid is drawn from the liquid bucket and atomised onto the rotating tablet bed. Simultaneously, a 60 W blower draws air over a 1.5 kW electric heater and supplies controlled-temperature hot air(room temperature to 70 °C) into the pan; water in the coating evaporates and a smooth film forms on the tablet surface. An internal guide baffle ensures tablets follow an optimal tumbling trajectory for uniform film coverage.
