Continuous-motion intermittent capsule filler: empty capsules are oriented and separated; body and cap split into upper/lower mold modules using vacuum(water-ring vacuum pump, -0.02 to -0.06 MPa). Powder is dosed into the body via the dosing disc/scraper, or pellets via optional pellet device. Upper and lower modules align; locking pins(with groove) close the cap onto the body; filled capsules are ejected; molds cleaned by the integrated dust collector. Driven by exactitude-intermission graduators(cam indexers, Shandong 83D-6 and 83D-8) under Delta PLC(DVP14E) + Weinview HMI(TK6070Hi). Compressed air 0.06 m³/min@ 0.3 MPa; exhaust 300 m³/h; cooling water 250 L/h.
