SED-400CFS-V — SED-400CFS-V Air Classifier Pulverizer

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by a spiral feeder and is cut and sheared by high-speed rotating cutters. Crushed material is conveyed under negative pressure into the cyclone separator and pulse bag-filter dust collector. Dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or filter of the dust-absorption box. An integrated air classifier(classification motor 7.5 kW with inverter) separates fines from oversize particles, ensuring uniform granule size without a physical screen. No dust flies during production, improving material utilisation.
