SED-4000SBF-B continuous plastic-cup heat-sealing machine (1×6 multi-lane). Process: manual cup loading → auto film pick & place → auto sealing (2 stations) → auto top-scrape ejection. Throughput ~3,500-4,000 cups/h. 304
مبدأ العمل
The operator loads filled plastic cups(or cup trays) into the feed station. An indexing divider steps the cups to the film-pick station, where vacuum suction cups lift the lid film from the film roll and place it on the cup mouth. The cups then advance to the sealing station, where the heated mould performs two seals(ensuring reliable sealing). Finally, a top-scrape device lifts the sealed cups and sweeps them to the discharge station. The 1-out-6 parallel lane layout achieves~4,000 cups/h throughput.
