Paste materials are emulsified under vacuum(−0.98 MPa) with steam coil heating: the high-speed homogeniser(0-3,000 r/min) achieves fine emulsification via vortex shear; the frame scraper(0-35 r/min) removes material from the tank wall ensuring uniform heat transfer; the disperser(0-1,400 r/min) promotes oil-water phase mixing. PT100 temperature control with automatic probe wiper provides real-time feedback(±1°C). Discharge by positive pressure or pump.
