Fully automatic stand-up pouch (Doypack) filling and capping machine with rotary carousel. Process: auto pouch loading → indexing → auto filling → auto cap orientation and drop → cap-on → cap screwing → pouch discharge.
مبدأ العمل
Stand-up pouches are auto-loaded by an AirTAC rodless cylinder onto a rotary indexing carousel(pouch loader: 1500×300×1200 mm). At each index step, fibre-optic sensors verify pouch presence — no pouch, no fill. Four plunger-style metering cylinders(Baiyu) deposit precise liquid volume through the pouch spout. Caps are oriented in a vibratory bowl with photoelectric detection; the bowl runs only when the discharge slot is empty(energy saving). Caps drop onto the spout; if no cap arrives at the chute the machine stops with an alarm. Four capping heads(Xunchi capping motors) with auto-slip torque clutches screw caps to set torque. Finished pouches are discharged via a crescent-shaped chute that drops them out of the carousel slots.
