مبدأ العمل
Bottles convey from a bottle unscrambler onto an infeed conveyor with accumulate/shortage sensors. A cam-indexed turntable carries bottles to four piston-pump filling nozzles which dive into each bottle and rise during fill to minimize foam and splash; double-seal one-way valves prevent drip. Filled bottles transfer to the cap station: caps are oriented by an electromagnetic vibratory bowl, fed onto bottles, and an air cylinder presses caps; an optical sensor verifies cap presence and auto-rejects reversed caps. A star wheel transports capped bottles to a cam-driven single-head screw capper using a toothed-clutch(constant-torque) mechanism with friction protection. Bottles discharge to the conveyor.
