Two rotors operate synchronously, driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the gearbox. Under the drive of the main and auxiliary shafts the rotors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, causing the pump volume to change, thereby producing a high vacuum degree and discharge pressure.

Simple disassembly, easy maintenance and cleaning, few wear parts
High efficiency, stable delivery, low failure rate, reliable sealing, low noise
With special materials can convey sludge, wastewater and other media containing solid particles
Can convey media with viscosity ≤500,000 cp, solids content ≤50% slurries
Can convey liquid-solid mixed materials
After adding inverter, flow rate can be adjusted freely; can serve as a metering pump
External pump body heating/insulation available
Applicable temperature: -50°C to 250°C
Flange-type or quick-connect interface optional
Mechanical seal materials: hard alloy / silicon nitride / graphite / silicon carbide
Packing seal materials: PTFE fiber / carbon fiber / carbon fiber with graphite core
Sanitary-grade + corrosion-resistant models, suitable for pharmaceutical/food/chemical
Viscosity ≤500,000 cp, liquid-solid mixed materials all transferable
Inverter optional for metering pump function, wide temperature range -50 to 250°C
