SED-3GFZ-G — SED-GFZ Fluidized Bed Granulation Dryer

The fluidized-bed granulator uses the binding action of a binder to bridge and agglomerate solid powder particles, progressively forming granules. Air is heated and flows through the bed to fluidise the material; binder solution is sprayed from a multi-fluid nozzle onto the fluidised powder, forming agglomerated wet granules. The hot air continuously dries the granules, evaporating moisture and solidifying the binder.
