مبدأ العمل
Powder is placed in the fluidized-bed container. Cold air passes through pre-filter, intermediate filter and HEPA filter, enters a heating chamber and is heated to the required temperature. The material is turbine-jet fluidised inside the bed. Binder liquid for granulation/coating is delivered by a liquid pump to the nozzle, atomised by air into droplets, and sprayed onto the fluidised material. Evaporated moisture is drawn out by the fan.
