مبدأ العمل
The tablet press works through a rotary turntable process including filling, metering, pre-pressing, main pressing, forming, and ejection. Upper and lower punches are guided by continuous cam rails and move up/down as the turntable rotates, compressing powder through the extrusion of pre-pressing and main pressing wheels. Tablet weight is detected by the pressure applied to each tablet, and the filling amount is automatically adjusted via a control motor connected to the filling handwheel.
