SED-3600JZG-X — Crystallization Dryer

Material is fed into the agitated hopper; the electric hot-air blower starts heating. When material level exceeds the high-level switch, the auto-loader stops. After heating, when the temperature probe reaches the set crystallization temperature, the discharge device feeds out crystallized material. As the level drops, the loader resumes adding amorphous material for continuous crystallization. When temperature falls to the discharge-stop set point, discharge halts; once it rises back above the crystallization set point, discharge resumes — cycling continuously.
