SED-3600CGFJ-K — Automatic Cup Form Fill Seal Machine

Non-printed PVC/PS/PET sheet roll is unwound, passed through a heating station, and blow-formed into cups over a forming mould. A yoghurt depositor fills each cup. The top sealing film(plastic or aluminium foil) is fed over the cups; a single photo sensor registers the print pattern on printed top film. A heated platen seals the top film to the cup rims. A Delta servo motor provides accurate traction for sheet feeding. The sealed strip is cut into individual packs, finished products exit, and scrap edge film is rewound simultaneously.
