Auto lid placer drops a lid onto the can; the can enters a vacuum chamber that auto-forms around it. The seamer head with adjustable seaming rollers performs the curl in vacuum. Vacuum is drawn by a 3.85 kW water-ring pump. PLC + servo controlled with touchscreen HMI.
