Box-type products descend to the wrapping station assisted by an upward-blow film stabilisation mechanism. BOPP film is cut by a dual counter-rotating pull-type cutter. The mould turntable(fine-adjustable split design) cycles through stations completing: long-edge sealing, end-face folding, end-face heat-sealing(500 W heating elements), gold tear-tape application. The exit conveyor chain rotates away without disassembly for format changeover. An upper-blow / lower-suction guide system stabilises the lower film web for reliable long-pack wrapping.
