Servo-driven film transport with synchronous-belt double-pull film feed and automatic deviation correction. Film unwinds over a simplified threading frame and passes through a customised 304 SS collar former into a vertical tube. Vertical(longitudinal) seal: round-tube design driven by friction from dual belts; drive unit housed inside the machine box for cleanliness. Horizontal(transverse) seal: reciprocating heated cutter/sealer for both top and bottom seals. Line flow: incline elevator→ 14-head combination weigher→ main VFFS packer→ finished-product conveyor. Touch screen + PLC bilingual(Chinese/English) control with multiple auto-alarm protection functions.
