مبدأ العمل
Material enters the pulverization chamber via hopper and screw conveyor. High-speed blades(12 blades,custom high-speed steel) shear the material at 3,650 rpm. Pulverized material is transported pneumatically(negative pressure) to a cyclone separator and then to a pulse-jet bag-filter dust collector(36 sets Ø120×1,200 filter bags) for discharge. Air-classification controls particle size — no screen or mesh required. Chamber is water-cooled. Pulse-jet bag filter cleaning maintains continuous operation.
