مبدأ العمل
Upper-loading roll structure: film is installed at the top of the machine so the longitudinal seal of the bag is on the underside. Fiber optical sensor detects product length automatically. Servo motor controls horizontal sealing device; air cylinder controls cutter. High-sensitivity color-mark sensor for accurate seal/cut positioning. Independent PID temperature control — supports various film materials. Machine stops at fixed position if no product detected — no empty bags, no film waste, no cutting of product.
