مبدأ العمل
A DC brushless motor drives a rotating permanent magnet beneath the cast-aluminum heating plate, which in turn rotates a PTFE-coated stir bar in the sample container at 100-1500 rpm. Two embedded PT1000 sensors in the heating plate and an optional external PT1000 probe provide closed-loop temperature control up to 340 degC. Two independent safety circuits monitor plate temperature and shut off the heater on fault. Settings are made via the temperature and speed rotary knobs with LCD display; an RS232C port allows full PC remote control.

Keep the instrument clean and dry. Remove spilled liquids immediately. Use non-abrasive cleaners on external surfaces. Do not connect power until all surfaces are dry. If liquid enters the instrument, immediately disconnect power and contact the supplier. Recommended cleaning agents by contamination type: dyes — isopropanol; building materials — surfactant solution / isopropanol; cosmetics — surfactant solution / isopropanol; food — surfactant solution; fuel — surfactant solution. Do not use solvents not confirmed by manufacturer. Wear appropriate protective gloves when cleaning. Do not clean electronic components with cleaning agents. Before servicing, clean the instrument and package in original packaging.
