SED-330-15Y-D is a single-press automatic rotary tablet press with 15 punch dies. It compresses granular raw materials into round, irregular, double-layer, annular or engraved tablets up to 25 mm diameter at up to 35,000

مبدأ العمل
Granulated material is fed from the hopper through the feeder into the dies of the rotating turret(37 rpm). As the turret rotates, the upper and lower punches pass between cam tracks and pressure rollers, compressing material in each die at up to 60 kN. Tablets are ejected and discharged via the tablet outlet. Filling depth and thickness are set by handwheels; an overload protection unit prevents punch/apparatus damage.
