Vertical PE film roll(single, double or triple-layer co-extrusion) is fed downward and UV-sterilized; thermal vertical seal forms the back/side seam, then liquid is pumped and metered into the formed pouch followed by horizontal heat-sealing and cutting; bearing-driven conveyor(not belt) and strong decelerator ensure stable operation.
