Lower stretch film is gripped by Italian Reggiana stainless chain conveyors and thermoformed into pockets; products auto-loaded(robot, weigher, doser or liquid filler interface); upper film fed with patented stretch mechanism allowing two-side print or two-side aluminum film; vacuum-evacuated via Busch German vacuum pump through SMC vacuum valves; heat-sealed and chamber-cooled; coded by inkjet(Igus rail + Panasonic/Siemens servo); longitudinal and transverse cuts separate packs. Patented upper and lower film auto-edge-correction(servo) keeps edges aligned within 0.2 mm.
