PVC roll is plate-heated and positive-pressure formed(mechanical punch) into pockets up to 35 mm deep over a 310×160 mm area; mechanical-hand double-rod pendulum traction indexes the web 40–180 mm per stroke; products are auto-fed; cylinder-driven heat-seal applies PTP foil or dialysis paper; batch number is embossed and the punching die cuts blister cards. Mandrel-with-rack positioning of forming/sealing/cutting modules — hand-crank moves them along mandrels.
