Cans are filled in a fully sealed isobaric(counter-pressure) chamber at 0-4 C with CO2 backpressure 0.6 MPa. After filling, cans transfer to the seaming turret where four-roller can-seamer heads close the lids in a continuous motion. Step-less speed governing(VFD) and overload protection with LCD HMI. Compressed air 0.4 MPa for pneumatics; CO2 0.6 MPa for counter-pressure.
