Hydraulic pump pressurises the main 315-ton cylinder; oil distribution via solenoid/cartridge valves drives the upper platen down at 160–180 mm/s rapid advance, then presses at 5–12 mm/s with up to 25 MPa fluid pressure(3150 kN nominal force); two demoulding cylinders(280 kN × 2, stroke 350 mm) eject the formed parts. Operating medium: 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
