Mechanical impact pulverization with airflow-assisted classification: feed material enters the crushing chamber via an automatic feeder, is impacted by a high-speed rotor(7.5 kW main motor), then carried by air through a particle-size adjustment turntable into a cyclone separator where powder is separated from air and collected; pulse dust collector and condenser optional. Particle size adjusted manually via dial(clockwise = coarser, counter-clockwise = finer). Final fineness up to 2000 mesh, nano-scale with secondary grinding.
