مبدأ العمل
Full-premix surface combustion: natural gas and air are fully premixed before entering the combustion chamber,enabling complete combustion with minimal excess air. The through-flow chamber design routes water through 316L stainless finned tubes(8× more efficient than bare tubes),where it flashes to steam. A AMETEK VFD fan adjusts airflow for 20–100% stepless power modulation. Steam exits through an internal steam-water separator to the distribution header. Condensate heat recovery is handled by the integral 316L finned-tube condenser. The IoT-enabled smart controller monitors and adjusts operation remotely,with no continuous operator attendance needed.
