Pre-made bags are loaded into the magazine. The machine picks one bag via vacuum suction(Airbest generator + SMC vacuum components; upgradable to vacuum pump), holds it open, then the paste-filler nozzle dispenses 100–1000 mL of product into the bag. A horizontal heat-seal jaw(straight grain, 1 mm pitch, 10 mm width default) seals the top. If bag opening fails, self-diagnosis re-takes the bag without filling or sealing. Removing the Panasonic safety key interlock halts the machine instantly.
