Material is loaded through the manhole into the double-cone vessel. The motor drives the drum through a WPA-100(i=30) reducer and B-type belt, rotating the vessel about a horizontal axis at 12 rpm. Under gravity and the symmetric double-cone geometry, the powder continuously tumbles, diffuses and flows between the two cones for uniform blending. The optional agitator, driven by an independent 0.75 kW motor via belt, rotates a SUS304φ42×6 mm agitator shaft fitted withφ12 round-bar stirring rods to provide forced shear for caking or fine-powder materials. Discharge is through a SUS304 Ø150 butterfly valve once the drum halts with the valve in a vertical position.
